Since its founding Digital Undivided, a social startup, has used its data and resources to help spark economic growth in Black and Latinx communities. In May 2020, they spoke to over 1,000 women to better understand how COVID-19 was impacting both Latinx and Black entrepreneurs. The report found that 98% of those surveyed identified as having been directly impacted by COVID-19 and only 12% of those surveyed stated that they had the ability to pay themselves a sustainable wage as a result.
