Millions of lives have been put on hold, and the effects it’s having on our mental well-being is undeniable.
Worldwide events like this can make it a challenge to stay positive and level-headed.

You might not know this, but I’ve spent most of my life on a baseball field. I’ve played it, was an umpire for 35 years and also was a coach. What I learned on the field translates well into what is happening today. I’m not in the habit of giving hand-outs, but I do give hand-ups freely. BTW, my favorite players were the underdogs.
Today, we are all underdogs. The question is this – How do we remain confident and optimistic in times of turbulence? How do we position ourselves to rise up once this calamity is over?
