What about rest? With our schedules packed, it isn’t easy. We need to recharge our batteries if we want to keep going strong
Here are some tips when it comes to rest:

- Drink more water, especially before bedtime—it helps you sleep better and wake up refreshed.
- Make sure to get outside every day—even if it’s just for 15 minutes, it can make all the difference in how well you feel during the rest of your day.
